This biography follows the life of John Milne, Sculptor. He was heralded as one of the leading sculptors of his time and had gained an international reputation by the time he died at the early age of 47. Milne was a flamboyant homosexual who struggled with depression and the meaning of life yet still managed a comprehensive body of work held in 30 national collections and many private collectors.

A Retrospective Exhibition of John Milne's Sculptures and Drawings. Despite living in St Ives most of his working life - his friends and acquaintances were staggered when they saw the breadth of work produced. Most of his sculptures and drawings are included in the book.
